2tbChocolate syrup
  Cold, unflavored sparkling - water*

* seltzer, club soda, whatever you call it)

NOTE: Here's a quick cooler that's popular in the area around New York City. No explaination for the name, since it contains neither of the ingredients its named for...just one of those culinary curiosities, I guess.

Pour the milk and syrup into a tall glass. Stir to combine, and then pour in the sparkling water. Serve immediately.
